If you're a bona fide UK or overseas book retailer we would be delighted to supply you with any of our titles on trade terms. These terms are normally 35% discount for sale or return stock and 40% discount for firm, non-returnable sales.

Promotional material is available for some of our publications and complete new title information is available to all the booktrade. We would be happy to notify you of all our forthcoming titles by email; please contact us at: newtitles@kennethmason.co.uk

We are also always happy to discuss your ideas for any special events or promotions that you may be planning. We may be able to offer special terms for them.

Carriage Charges

Returns
To return overstocks please ensure that:

  1. Permission to return is obtained before dispatching any stock. We will then issue you with a returns number, which must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned stock. Please seek permission in writing, either by fax on 01243-379136 or by email: returns@kennethmason.co.uk 
  2. The books are in very good condition and suitable for resale.
  3. The books have been in stock for at least 3 months and no more than 9 months. We do not accept books which have been in stock for more than 9 months.
  4. The original invoice number and date is stated on your returns request. We regret we are unable to accept any returns unless all this information is provided.
